Customer service manager

Our specialty is providing cleaning services to  Regional and Local companies services in Edmonton and Alberta while operating. We are looking for a revenue driving, dynamic and motivated  Customer service manager to grow our customer base and drive revenue while leading a team of  cleaning associates

Your duties and responsibilities would include:

Increase revenue by working with existing customers and dispatching the drivers

Leverage your already extensive range of contacts

Participate and develop budgets for the branch while controlling and managing costs

Integrate all customer requests into operations to ensure customer service success

Customer service – handling customer issues and truck requests

Managing and working with cleaning team to ensure the safety functions and maintenance functions are successful.

Organizing and managing the maintenance of the equipment.

Assisting and directing the billing / administrative team to ensure customers are being correctly invoiced and serviced

Ensure cleaning team are dispatched effectively

Executing safety policy and programs

Must have flexibility in time management to ensure daily task is complete and flexibility dealing with  customers issues quickly as they come up.

Having a driver license will be a benefit

We require that you have some post secondary education, good IT skills, excellent English communication skills. Significant experience in t customers management  in customer management  or operations experience would also be a great asset. The ability to multitask, think ahead 2 steps and have a” get things done” attitude is a requirement.
