Welcome to AtoZJobs. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the AtoZJobs website, mobile applications, and related services (collectively, the "Platform"). By accessing or using the Platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. About AtoZJobs

AtoZJobs is an AI-powered job platform that connects job seekers with verified employers. We offer one-click applications, verified salaries, and AI matching to help you find the right opportunity faster.

AtoZJobs acts solely as a marketplace and intermediary between job seekers and employers. We do not employ job seekers, nor are we responsible for the accuracy of job listings posted by employers.

2. Eligibility

To use AtoZJobs, you must:

• Be at least 16 years of age (or the minimum legal working age in your jurisdiction);
• Have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement;
• Not be barred from using the Platform under any applicable law; and
• Provide accurate and truthful information during registration.

If you are using AtoZJobs on behalf of an employer or organization, you represent and warrant that you have the authority to bind that entity to these Terms.

3. Account Registration & Security

To access certain features, you must create an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration;
• Maintain and promptly update your account information;
• Keep your password confidential and secure;
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account; and
• Accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or that we reasonably believe are being used fraudulently.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree to use AtoZJobs only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You shall not:

• Post false, misleading, or fraudulent job listings or profiles;
• Impersonate another person, company, or entity;
• Use the Platform to harass, abuse, or harm others;
• Scrape, harvest, or collect user data without authorization;
• Upload viruses, malware, or any harmful code;
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or other users' accounts;
• Use automated bots or scripts to interact with the Platform; or
• Violate any applicable local, national, or international law.

5. Job Listings & Applications

Employers are solely responsible for the content of their job listings, including job descriptions, requirements, and salary information. AtoZJobs does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or legality of any job listing.

When you apply for a job through AtoZJobs:

• Your profile information and application materials are shared with the employer;
• We do not guarantee that you will receive a response or be hired;
• You are responsible for verifying the legitimacy of any employer before accepting a position.

6. Payments & Subscriptions

Certain features of AtoZJobs, such as posting jobs as an employer, require payment. By purchasing a paid plan, you agree to the following:

All payments are processed securely through third-party providers (Stripe, PayPal). By making a purchase, you agree to their respective terms and conditions.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on AtoZJobs — including text, graphics, logos, software, and the platform design — is the property of AtoZJobs or its licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of the Platform without our prior written consent. You retain ownership of any content you submit (such as your profile or job listings), but you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, display, and distribute that content on the Platform.

8. Disclaimers

AtoZJobs is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We make no warranties, express or implied, regarding:

• The accuracy or reliability of job listings or employer information;
• Uninterrupted or error-free operation of the Platform;
• The results you may obtain from using the Platform; or
• The quality or safety of any job opportunity you find through AtoZJobs.

We do not guarantee that you will find a job or that an employer will find a suitable candidate.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, AtoZJobs and its officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from:

• Your use of, or inability to use, the Platform;
• Any content posted by employers or job seekers;
• Any job application, hiring decision, or employment relationship; or
• Unauthorized access to your data or account.

Our total liability to you for any claim arising from these Terms shall not exceed the amount you paid to AtoZJobs in the 12 months preceding the claim.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to AtoZJobs at any time, with or without notice, if we believe you have violated these Terms. You may also delete your account at any time from your Account Settings.

Upon termination, your right to use the Platform ceases immediately. Sections regarding intellectual property, disclaimers, limitation of liability, and governing law shall survive termination.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will notify you by email or through a prominent notice on the Platform. Your continued use of AtoZJobs after changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved exclusively in the courts located in Delaware.
