We keep it simple and respectful of your time. From first contact to offer, most candidates complete the process in 2–3 weeks.
- Application review (2–3 days): A human reads every application. We respond to everyone — yes or no.
- Intro call (30 min): Quick conversation with a recruiter to align on mutual fit.
- Craft interview (60 min): Deep dive into your area of expertise — no take-homes unless you prefer one.
- Team interview (45 min): Meet your future teammates. Ask hard questions.
- Offer: Transparent salary within the published band. No back-and-forth games.
