1. Acceptance of terms

By accessing or using atozjobs.net (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

2. The service we provide

AtoZJobs is a global job board that provides:

• Aggregated job listings from multiple sources, including third-party job boards and government portals
• Direct job postings from employers
• Resume and cover letter building tools
• Salary benchmarks and pay insights
• A platform for job applications and candidate-employer communication

We are not an employer or recruiting agency. We do not screen employers beyond what is described in our Verified Employer Program, and we do not endorse any job listing or employer.

3. Your account

Account creation

To use most features, you must create an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information
• Keep your password confidential
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized account access
• Be at least 16 years old

Account types

• Candidate accounts: For job seekers. Free forever.
• Employer accounts: For companies posting jobs. Paid packages available.

Account responsibility

You are responsible for all activity under your account. Do not share your account with others. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Post false, misleading, or fraudulent job listings or profiles
• Impersonate another person, company, or AtoZJobs employee
• Upload viruses, malware, or any harmful code
• Scrape, copy, or republish listings from AtoZJobs without permission
• Use the Service to send spam, phishing emails, or unsolicited messages
• Discriminate based on race, gender, religion, sexual orientation, disability, or any protected class
• Harass, threaten, or abuse other users
• Charge candidates any fee for applying to jobs
• Post jobs that require candidates to pay for training, equipment, or "processing"
• Use automated tools (bots, scrapers) to access the Service without permission

Violation of these rules may result in immediate account termination and, where applicable, referral to law enforcement.

5. Job postings and applications

For employers

• Salary transparency required: All job postings must include a real salary range. Listings without salary ranges may be rejected.
• Accuracy: You are responsible for the accuracy of your job listings.
• No fees for candidates: You may not charge candidates for applying, training, or equipment as a condition of employment.
• Compliance: Your listings must comply with all applicable employment laws in the jurisdiction where the job is located.
• Right to reject: We may reject or remove any listing that violates these Terms, without refund.

For candidates

• Accurate profiles: Your profile, CV, and application responses must be truthful.
• Right to apply: You may apply to any job you're qualified for. Applications are free.
• No guarantee: We do not guarantee interviews, job offers, or employment.

Applications

When you apply to a job on AtoZJobs, your profile and application materials are shared with that employer. We are not responsible for how employers use or store that information.

6. Payments and refunds

Job posting packages

Employers purchase packages containing job posting credits. Prices and features are listed on our Pricing page.

Payment processing

All payments are processed by Stripe. We accept major credit and debit cards. By providing payment information, you authorize us to charge you for the selected package.

Credits

• Job posting credits are valid for 12 months from purchase date.
• Credits are non-transferable.
• Unused credits are not refundable.

Refund policy

We offer refunds under the following conditions:

• Within 7 days of purchase: Full refund if no job credits have been used.
• Rejected listings: Credits are refunded to your account if we reject a listing for reasons other than violation of these Terms.
• No refunds after credits have been used or after the 7-day window has passed.

7. Intellectual property

Our content

All content on AtoZJobs (except user-submitted content) — including text, design, logos, code, and data — is owned by AtoZJobs Pty Ltd or its licensors and is protected by copyright and trademark law.

Your content

By submitting content (job listings, profiles, CVs, messages), you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, display, and distribute that content in connection with the Service.

You retain all ownership rights to your content. You can request deletion of your content at any time by emailing support@atozjobs.net.

8. Third-party links and services

The Service contains links to third-party websites, job boards, government portals, and employer websites. We are not responsible for:

• The accuracy or availability of third-party job listings
• The content, privacy practices, or reliability of third-party websites
• Any transactions you conduct with third parties

Your use of third-party services is governed by their own terms and privacy policies.

9. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. We do not warrant that:

• The Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free
• Any job listing is legitimate, accurate, or still available
• Any employer is legitimate or safe to work for
• You will find a job or a candidate through the Service

You use the Service at your own risk. Verify all job details independently before accepting any offer, and never send money to an employer.

10. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, AtoZJobs Pty Ltd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to:

• Loss of income or employment opportunities
• Fraud or scams conducted by third parties
• Data loss or breach
• Unauthorized access to your account

Our total liability to you for any claim arising from the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim, or $100, whichever is greater.

11. Termination

You may close your account at any time by emailing support@atozjobs.net or using the account deletion option in your dashboard.

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms, with or without notice. Upon termination:

• Your access to the Service ends immediately
• Unused credits are forfeited (except where required by law)
• Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will survive (e.g., intellectual property, disclaimers, liability limits)

12. Dispute resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia.

Before filing a formal claim, please contact us at support@atozjobs.net — most issues can be resolved informally within 30 days.

If a formal claim is necessary, both parties agree to attempt good-faith mediation first. If mediation fails, disputes will be resolved in the courts of Victoria, Australia.

Nothing in this section prevents you from filing a complaint with your local consumer protection authority.

13. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will:

• Update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page
• Notify you by email if changes are material
• Give you 30 days to object to material changes

Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
