How do job credits work?
Each package gives you a set number of job posting credits. When you post a job, one credit is used. When you renew, another credit is used. Credits are valid for 12 months from purchase.
Is this a subscription?
No. Every package is a one-time purchase. You're never charged again unless you choose to buy another package.
What's the difference between "featured" and regular jobs?
Featured jobs appear at the top of search results, get highlighted with a badge, and are shown on the homepage. Featured listings typically receive 3–5× more views than standard postings.
How long does each job stay live?
Basic listings stay live for 15 days. Standard for 30 days. Extended for 60 days. You can renew using another credit if you need more time.
What if I don't use all my credits?
Credits remain in your account for 12 months from purchase date. Use them whenever you're ready.
Can I buy multiple packages?
Yes. Buy any combination of Basic, Standard, or Extended packages. All credits accumulate in your employer account.
Do you offer refunds?
Yes — within 7 days if you haven't used any credits. Contact support@atozjobs.net.
What payment methods do you accept?
